"From the initial visit to the final clean-up, H2O Heroes knocked it out of the park. Lance came by to evaluate our outdated and buried system (including the salt reservoir!) and immediately impressed me with his professionalism and deep understanding of what was needed. He explained everything clearly and recommended a smart course of action tailored to our unique setup. Hunter and his team took the baton and handled the full install with precision and care. Despite the challenges posed by the old hidden system, they worked efficiently and respectfully — and left the worksite spotless. Seriously, it looked better than before they arrived. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and dedication to doing it right were evident at every step. It's rare to find a team that combines technical skill with this level of customer service. "From the very first touchpoint to the final installation, this company was absolutely outstanding. The initial consultation was clear, educational and pressure-free. They took the time to explain options, answer questions and make thoughtful recommendations based on our home and needs. The presentation was professional and straightforward with no gimmicks or upselling. We compared pricing and they were hands down the best value for the quality offered. Installation was seamless. On time, efficient, respectful of our home and incredibly clean. The team was knowledgeable, friendly and clearly took pride in their work. Fabulous service from start to finish. "Dan the owner is very nice, detailed, & answered all my questions quickly. He's highly respected & recommended by MANY in our community including our neighbor (who has 2 water softeners from him). His pricing is very affordable compared to most others & yet still a reliable water softener. Hunter came out and put the whole new water softener system in. Took under 2hrs. Hunter is very professional, detailed & so nice. He explained everything to us & made sure we were happy with all the work he did. I highly recommend The H2O Heroes if you're needing a new water softener. Game changer!! Ours broke months ago & we couldn't be happier so far with this new one. "I highly recommend H2O Heroes for all of your water filtration and softener needs. Our salesman Lance performed water tests on my water and showed me the amount of chlorine and calcium I had in my water, I was shocked of the amounts. As an engineer who goes by the science and physical evidence, I pushed Lance to perform further tests on my water and to show me more proof. We melted ice from refrigerator and boy was there lots of calcium at the bottom of the glass. Then we tested the filtered water from my refrigerator — also lots of chlorine and calcium in the water. Needless to say, not only did I purchase the system Lance recommended, I had 3 other family members purchase the system as well!! Lance is a great guy to deal with and H2O Heroes products are reasonably priced and of superior quality."

"This is the 2nd install for our RO water system in the past 7 years with H2O Heroes and we couldn't be happier with their service, their punctuality and cleanliness. Our last installation the owner and the technician both went above and beyond even moving some things under our sink and asking exactly where we'd be happy with the placement. Their attention to detail is awesome and they clean up so nicely after the job. We've also been using them each year for our filter check-ins and replacements. They are always reliable, punctual and so friendly. Absolutely hands down the best! We wouldn't use anyone else!"

"After purchasing a home in Sarasota I knew I needed a water filtration and softener system. I did my research and narrowed it down to several companies. My husband and I immediately liked Todd Ambrose from H2O Heroes, who tested our water and thoroughly explained the water system and our options. Our system was installed a few days later and we are thrilled with the difference! My hair does not feel like straw and our water tastes and smells great. The owner Dan was extremely responsive and helpful as well. The price was also more reasonable than several other systems. Highly recommend!"

"Great experience! Lance came to consult and was extremely helpful. He helped educate and explain things that we were not 100% sure of and when I did my own research after he left I saw he was being honest. He also did not try to upsell and stuck with what we were asking for, making sure we knew the pros and cons of all options. Xavier came to do the install. He was early, friendly and polite and even took his shoes off before entering the house! He kept his working neat and tidy and cleaned up after himself. He did a professional installation compared to my previous unit. Both guys were great and really made this a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend this company."

"Thank you H2O Heroes! Goddard water is terrible! Our Hague system never worked very good and uses too much salt. We also visited with Moore Water — no way, too expensive. I had a great experience with the H2O Heroes! I would recommend them to anyone. Our install went great and the in-home visit was no pressure. They went ahead and got rid of our old system for us. Matt answered all our questions. This new water system is great! We love it."
